Fine Flavour Forum – 22 April 2018, Berlin

The International Institute of Chocolate and Cacao Tasting has partnered with the ICCO (International Cocoa Organisation) to host the second Fine Flavour Forum, a special session of the World Cocoa Conference devoted to the issues and interest of the fine cacao producing countries.

The Forum will focus on farmer income and how we can grow the market for fine chocolate and fine cacao, as well as looking at the crucial issue of cadmium and what the fine cacao and chocolate sector could learn from speciality coffee.
